SO MUCH THIS. I’m calling because I have tried to do it on your website and was unable to. Please do not interrupt the crappy hold music every 27 seconds with a message saying “Did you know? We have a website!” like it isn’t the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Fucking Five.
My big frustration with calling customer service is how hard they try to drive you to the website. And like... I get it. But I'm tech savvy and if I'm calling it's because I have a problem I can't solve through your self-service systems

I was going to say that we need a Christmas movie where a woman goes back to her small town and realizes that it sucks terribly and so recommits herself to her liberal lawyer boyfriend in the big city.
