The Trump mob skipped or bumbled the early parts of consolidation. Sending DOGE to kill a bunch of purple-area jobs was unpopular and stupid. The tariffs are hated. USAID was helping (and buying) farmers and they killed that too. All these things made their own voters feel stressed instead of loyal.

Yes, it does look like the government accounts joining Bluesky are real, including Homeland Security and the White House. They're tweeting about it on X.

I'm asked often "why lift weights if you're disabled?" My leg injury makes me a fall risk because it can go at anytime. Just now my knee gave as I was leaving the bathroom, I grabbed the the doorjam without thinking to steady myself. Without strong biceps my fat ass would've hit the bathroom floor ♿
