I am an advocate in the United States for infrastructure & transportation improvements which will save lives, for not just for the drivers of motor vehicles, but also the most vulnerable road users such as bicyclists, pedestrians and the disabled.

I lost my daughter Robyn on June 24th, 2019. They were killed while doing bicycle messenger work on New York City, when a speeding & distracted box truck knocked them off of their bike and then crushed them into the road.

December 24th is roughly 6 1/2 months from that date.
Trump gets what he deserves... nothing!

Thanks El Cerrito/Richmond Annex Walk & Roll for holding a powerful vigil yesterday for Donna Revecho, who was killed while crossing San Pablo Ave.

It was inspiring to join dozens to stand up for safe streets.

We need to hold Caltrans accountable to make San Pablo safer & prevent more tragedies!

Funny and incompetent, however in this case it is a good thing!

I wonder how many of the Epstein Files are this way?

Having lost my daughter Robyn and nearly my other daughter Rachel three weeks later, both of them bicycling, these stories are sickening to me!

Trump's speech last night can be summed up by a quote from Macbeth: "...a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."

When Donald Trump is gone, I fully support his name being expunged from every landmark in Washington D.C and across the country.

However, a nice statue of him could be erected at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWTP), the world's largest advanced wastewater treatment facility.

Build it and they will come...
"The League of American Bicyclists, working with the mircromobility outfit Lime, recently reported a whopping 207-percent increase in shared bike and scooter trips along corridors where the city of Baltimore had installed new protected bike lanes."
Study: More Protected Bike Lanes = More Micromobility Users — Streetsblog USA
This ought to silence doubters who claim that no one's using that shiny new cycle track.

Todd Blanche said. “There’s a lot of eyes looking at these and we want to make sure that when we do produce the materials we are producing, that we are protecting every single (Republican) PERPETRATOR.”

"A family is about to have the worst holiday season of their lives."

This is something I know well.

However, it isn't just this year's holiday season, but everyone that comes after it...
It is heartbreakingly cruel that a woman is simply walking across the street to get to where she’s going, and in seconds, she’s gone. Another SUV driver has killed an innocent person in NYC in a crosswalk. A family is about to have the worst holiday season of their lives.
Woman fatally struck by SUV in Lower East Side hit-and-run
According to police, a black SUV was northbound on Clinton Street and turning right on Stanton Street when it struck the woman as she crossed in a marked crosswalk.

Rugged, high-clearance, all-wheel-drive vehicles are great for getting out ther - but at what cost to cyclists and pedestrians?

If you are concerned by climate change, this thread is worth reading.
NSF is about to dismantle NCAR at Russell Vought's direction to protect the fossil fuel industry. It's hard to communicate just how much NCAR does, so let's take a look: I've never worked at NCAR, and I've worked with NCAR researchers once ever. What scientific discoveries has NCAR made possible? 👇

I am astounded the person actually believes this.

The national average for gas is $3.024. Which is slightly lower, this is affected be world supply.

The stock market is down.

Boarders closing?

Factories are closing.

Drug catels remain powerful.

Trump is filling the swamp!

It sickens me to have this thing as President of the United States!

Compare Trump's post to those by Joe Biden and Barrack Obama, they illustrate a huge difference in civility & respect.

It was a tragic loss of Rob and Michele Reiner. I remember watching him on "All in the Family" in my youth.

I remember when Fred Guttenberg was removed from Trump's State of the Union on February 4, 2020.

Fred has been advocating for intelligent gun legislation since his daughter Jaime was killed in the Parkland shooting on February 14, 2018.

Yet, here we are with another school shooting and lives lost!

Here’s Donald Trump's further destruction of the US tourist industry.

Is begining to sound a bit like North Korea?
This’ll be part of their staunch defence of free-speech I assume.

Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff of Georgia, argues that not extending subsidies for those who get their insurance through the ACA affects everyone.

Republicans are implementing draconian measures that will harm their constituents.

I hope this is remembered by them in next years midterm elections.
Ossoff: "She's gonna have to give up her insurance in the middle of chemotherapy while she's fighting breast cancer. What are people supposed to do when they lose health insurance in the middle of a cancer battle? ... this is life or death"

In the post by Trump he says, "...your favorite President."

I have been alive since John F. Kennedy held office.

There is no President I loath more than Trump, no other is even close.

The United States has had some bad people in the White House, but none like him!

This nightmare needs to end...

All this for Donald Trump's ego!

Yet, on Jaunary 6th, 2021 when the Capital was being attacked by violent Trump supporters, he couldn't be bothered to send in the National Guard for hours. Instead he was watching the violence on television. No doubt hoping they would stop the certification.
