If anyone with more technical skills than I can help me improve the setup, I’d appreciate it a lot.

I’m currently maintaining a static HTML page that I update manually. FetchRSS seems to scrape the content well.

I will monitor this in the coming days and provide updates.

Any tips are welcome!

Broken record mode

You can’t do any service transformation work without working with operations colleagues.

Issuing laws and publishing policy papers is pointless if you don’t talk about and workshop these documents with the people who are supposed to follow them.

These are the best moments, too.
Yesterday, I co-ran the second local #ServiceStandard workshop.

After visiting the State of Brandenburg and 2 of its services recently, we checked in for 3 hours with members of various service teams in Hamburg.

We looked at ID card renewal, social services, and notifying of a change of address.

People are impacted everyday when accessibility isn't considered.

It's not a distant, theoretical concept when you are directly impacted.

When you assume that your service will have no disabled users it excludes people.

Many people won't disclose until they come across something they can't do.

I’m on the lookout for a new contract (preferably inside).

I’ve got over a decade of experience working in the public sector, mostly in agile delivery management. Two weeks notice.

Not got DMs here but Signal is zuz.1337, or LinkedIn is good.

Thx :)

Just because people work in sprints and think they are ‘ #agile ’ doesn’t mean that they work iteratively.

It’s pretty impressive with what level of confidence government colleagues insist they work in such a way, while their practice remains pretty waterfall-like.

I will leaving my role at NHS England soon.

I’ll have time and space again so if you want a catch up hit me up. I’ve neglected that in the last few months dealing with The Work.

And if you need some paid help and my skills could assist, hit me up too.

(Lots of other stuff going on too 😆)

We have a statutory instrument!

Today, the German #ServiceStandard has been decided to become mandatory.

The 16 CIOs of the federal states and the federal government agreed on it.

1 day after its 5th birthday, this is the best possible gift imaginable.

Lots of heavy lifting to get here 😅

Here are 12 common barriers in the public sector.
Which are significant for you?
Are there any others not listed?

Do platform nerds hang out here? I'm trying to find people building LLM's and the trust and safety tools that fit around them who will talk to me about if they use Fact Checks and how they could be more helpful.

I'm friendly.
