I’m currently maintaining a static HTML page that I update manually. FetchRSS seems to scrape the content well.

I will monitor this in the coming days and provide updates.

Sounds frustrating. You're creating the environment for experimentation, only for teams to not seize that opportunity. I see more designers working outside delivery teams now, I pushed hard for that at MoJ. But there is always more to do, and it does feel (as Sophie said) generational. Great post :)

Government wants to SAY it wants bold, digital-first transformation. Government actually wants lift & shift, rapid delivery because things are on fire everywhere.

Design is seen as a blocker, a barrier to delivery, "slows things down".

That perception has to change in order for design to thrive.
