You could dismiss this episode as bad code and an old LLM. But it has lessons for AI use more broadly. Experts with subject matter expertise are needed to deploy and tweak AI. And even in those cases, the AI is not likely to understand the social world and how it is interconnected. It ain't magic.

My coworkers who don't pay attention to politics are talking about this fight. This is an opportunity to get ppl who don't pay attention to budget bills & committee assignments to see the dysfunction. If they are going to make our govt a reality show, use that to expose the chaos to a new audience.
