Nakadai was one of the best. RAN and KAGEMUSHA are classics. And he was great in HIGH AND LOW as well. Not to mention his non-Kurosawa work.

Once had to explain to a car dealer why a 6-year loan was MUCH worse for me than a 4-year. The concept of compound interest seemed lost on him.
I bought from another dealer. And paid it off in 2 years.

Primary every last member of leadership.
Went to repost this and then depressingly saw it was from 8 months ago. This is still true, and I am now convinced it will remain true until there are successful primary challenges nationwide to the "roll over and play dead" Dems.
American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.
