I worry that in all the focus on Andrew Cuomo's corruption, sexual harassment, and generally vicious personality, voters in the upcoming NYC mayoral election may fail to learn that he also has the intelligence and all-around competence of a large boulder the size of a small boulder.
I doubt he would have the capacity to understand if he tried. I would have to explain business deals to him to prep him and it would take many tries and he would lift maybe one stupid fact and not get the bigger picture ever.
i doubt andrew cuomo knows or cares about part 2 or even part 1 above. he just knows that there's a group of sketchy criminals that like him very much and want to give him money and that's good enough for him because he's corrupt.
