Ds don't seem to be getting what they need out of Nashville. But if the margin lands at R+3, that's a D+19 shift from 2024 -- we're not talking a wave, we're talking tsunami
again @gelliottmorris.com says behn still has a chance but damn 3 points in this district is 🦇💩

I think a narrow R win is likely here, but that would be a result that should and will spark massive panic among House Republicans and probably kill the gerrymandering push in most red states.
Behn (D) may be ahead on early votes, but signs overall still pointing to a single digit Van Epps (R) win. #TN07

No rallies or contact with supporters

Right-wing media

Dinners with rich donors and billionaires

1/ You must refuse illegal orders.” That’s what 6 Democratic members of Congress said on video. Trump called it seditious. The FBI launched an investigation. Then came reporting in WAPO about an order SecDef Hegseth gave ahead of the 9/2 attack on a boat allegedly trafficking drugs in the Caribbean.

Honestly "Don't Engage, Just Block" has transformed my social media experience so profoundly that it's hard for me to describe. It's just so much better to be online now.
i also liked the fact that most of us who had come from the other site had the mentality of not giving "bad actors" the benefit of the doubt on here , and told all to block, not mute, an move on

A theory about vibes:

Human beings are deeply social creatures. Our need for a legible social order is rooted almost as deeply in our brainstem as our need for basic physical security. We need -- not want, need -- to understand who's in charge, who are allies, who are enemies, *how things work*.

Hmmm…what USAID wasn’t bad for America…what if getting rid of it only hurt us and everyone else?

What if the richest man in the world being responsible for ending aid to the poorest people in the world will go down as one of the most bizarre and disgusting acts of the 21st century?

This is a man whose wife was SHOT IN THE HEAD having to act even-keeled when the President of the United States tries to incite violence against him. Trump has to go, right now.
I've had a missile blow up next to my airplane, been shot at dozens of times by anti-aircraft fire, and launched into orbit — all for my country. I never thought I'd see a President call for my execution.

Trump doesn’t understand the Constitution, and we're all less safe for it.

I was told "no new wars"
Per @jenniferjjacobs.bsky.social, DOD presented Trump with plans for strikes in Venezuela yesterday, including on the ground. Astonishing to see the U.S. on the brink of another regime-change invasion with essentially none of the pre-2003 effort to rationalize it domestically and internationally.

Thomas Massie to CNN on the Epstein files: "This vote is gonna be on your record for longer than Trump is gonna be president. And what are you gonna do in 2028 and 2030 when you're in a debate … and they say, 'How can we trust you? You covered up for a pedophile back in 2025.'"
