This was so much fun! Very keen to run more Triangle Agency, especially with its deliciously intriguing progression system... The game has base notes of Severence meets Pokemon (or maybe even Card Captor Sakura?), all on psychedelics (complementary). My new obsession. 🔺
Finally got around to playing Triangle Agency last night and I'm so ready for a campaign. @jemalexander.bsky.social did an incredible job herding a bunch of the most chaotic characters through a plot to take down an anomalous ice cream van. Perfection

I’ve recently run games of Mothership and Mythic Bastionland, and it’s been really great to stretch my GMing muscle in new and different ways. Would gladly run full campaigns of both, but for now I’ll stick to one shots of new systems. Triangle Agency next… 🔺

I think about this a lot! I notice it often when I’m a player, but it’s a lot harder to spot when you’re GMing. There’s much to say about setting table expectations and even permissions (yes you CAN talk to each other PLEASE), but mechanics can do some heavy lifting. Eg Daggerheart’s tag teaming.
This is a great post, highlighting the important problem of players talking to each other, which plagues many TTRPG sessions. I'm looking forward to the next post about how you stop it.
