None of these Senators are made of the same character as the average citizen who was part of the Montgomery boycott.
The Montgomery Bus Boycott lasted 381 days.

Black people walked, rode bikes, car pooled or took cabs but they did not ride the bus.

They suffered, sacrificed and endured. There was personal and professional pain.

For 381 days.

These eight Senators didn't last 41 days.

Wishing the best for #Seattle. Hope they get a good progressive leader in their township.

Don’t let the state of the world keep you from taking time to focus on your health. #5k in the books #RunSky

Good thing the Dems caved. Also what an insanity that health care costs are grossly high in a county like America
My ACA current plan is going from $385/mo to $821/mo.

I’m not sure what he expects posting this here less than 24 hours after the Democrat capitulation.

The responses and quotes show the extent of the frustrations felt by those who Dems claim to represent.

I’m done door knocking, donating or volunteering on behalf of any Dem candidate.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Costco invests in their employees (it’s not uncommon to see people working there a decade plus), has a laser focus on their product offerings and customer experience.

I’ll always prioritize visiting a Costco if that’s an option.

Can’t relate. Y’all be safe out there
I assume the folks on this site won't be breaking bread with Republican relatives this upcoming holiday season, or ever....right? 🤨

I’m interested in more candidates like Mamdani. Especially for any upcoming Dem primaries.
We need more Mamdani's in office.

It really does seem like there's a decent chance that these senators screwed us because they don't want their personal Thanksgiving plans to be disrupted.
Anyway a great way to radicalize people is for them to realize that you just abandoned their chance at being able to access and afford health care because you didn’t like waiting in line at the airport.

The model of holding individual senators responsible is broken here. The retirees clearly agreed to take the fall. Which is why the nos should get no credit for voting no unless they move to oust Schumer

Hope they don’t capitulate after going this long, with nothing to show for it.
Chuck Schumer cannot agree to any deal that does not include, at minimum, a one year extension of the ACA credits.

A pinky promise from John Thune is meaningless.

This. Again and again. That dude dancing in the Costco, the woman banned from Australia.

Ignore them all.
Part of the Black conservative grift is getting the rest of Black people to talk shit about them in order to raise their profile amongst other conservatives.

Any amount of engagement—negative or positive—is a boon for them.

I try not to be party to it.

Haha looks like #LFC decided to start a new losing streak.

Maybe they should spend another £400m in January, that’ll fix it. #Liverpool.

Themselves. Same as the last 2-3 seasons.
Even after drawing Sunderland, Arsenal are still in the driver's seat to win their first EPL trophy since 2003, according to Polymarket. 🏆 Who's their biggest threat to stop them?

lol ok #AFC. Sunderland grab another trophy. Well done the black cats.
