I don't deny that dogs can sometimes be quite lovely but what I will say is I don't trust their opinions. If a cat recommended me an album it had bought, I'd totally check it out. If a dog did the same, I'd promise to listen to the album, out of politeness, with no intention of actually doing so

I feel like the last couple decades of "is representation good or not?" discourse missed more important questions of "how fragile is representation?", "what do we do when multiple industries eliminate it as an intentional move against us?" and "how can we sustain queer artists when shit goes south?"

almost all of my OCs would taste either like some kind of actual garbage, or like an ordinary human being who bathes and brushes their teeth regularly
I kind of love the "what does your OC taste like" meme going around because everyone's using like, fruit and meanwhile I'm going "Lily tastes like wine that comes in a plastic bottle and somehow has a head like a stout when you pour it"

the “ban on gender selection” has always been objectionable and unworkable anyway. sorry but either pregnant people have a right to abortion or they do not. you don’t get to decide why someone might choose to terminate a pregnancy, nor do they have to tell anyone the “real” reason.

the “ban on gender selection” has always been objectionable and unworkable anyway. sorry but either pregnant people have a right to abortion or they do not. you don’t get to decide why someone might choose to terminate a pregnancy, nor do they have to tell anyone the “real” reason.
it's always tragic when people with moral OCD never realize that the feelings of Shame over having Transgressed are coming from inside the house; that's not the lord god or some psychic projection of cancel culture dog, that's just *you*. you are in fact hitting yourself!
