I feel like this is a FANTASTIC opportunity to create an anti-AI drawing movement. Rather than all go "Oh well, I can't draw so I'll get some AI to produce art for me", we should all go "I hate AI art so much I'm going to learn to draw, just to spite the tech bros".
The biggest thing was the free course from drawabox.com which requires a bunch of cheap 5mm pens, a bunch of cheap printer paper, and spending the time to do the exercises. Really effective for me at filling on the gaps in my knowledge.
