Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.

All of this. ⬇️ people have forgotten their basic civics education (if they had it at all). If the institutions that enforce the law (DOJ, FBI, courts) are captured by the Executive, then the only law is whatever the Executive deems it to be.
People are delusional about what happens if Musk and Trump ignore the law, the Constitution, and court orders. Everyone is acting like this is a standoff over USAID and a few other programs, and then we'll go back to politics as normal.
