This set of observations is produced by my scrolling Reddit and otherwise listening to people talk about "how to write."

A) there is no requirement that any of your characters has any sort of "arc" let alone a redemption.

B) there is also no requirement that your fiction has a plot.

It's the most wonderful time of the year: Watching Muppet Family Christmas and then re-discovering how the Ripped from TV version someone uploaded to YouTube ends: youtu.be/Bi9qSKZuvC4?...

Little magical moments in the lifecycle of a games development like when the support channel pings with:

DO NOT FROB THE BOOK.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE FROB THE BOOK.
THE BOOK IS CURSED AND SHOULD NOT BE FROBBED.

Followed 5 minutes later by:
🌈✨🦄 It is now safe to frob the book! 🌈✨🦄

Here's a T. Rex bored to death trying to bite their own tail. My partner asked me to animate it in stop motion, after she watched a video about the very important topic of "could T. Rex chew its own tail like a dog". The puppet is still a work in progress 🦖

The history of observations of Halley's Comet gets to me for reasons I find difficult to articulate. Centuries and centuries of confusion and fear giving way to gradual, incremental understanding
