Yesterday I learned that US lighthouses would get a delivery of a library box every few months so the lighthouse keeper would have something to do. Can you imagine how exciting the darn thing’s arrival would have been?

🧵 New results on which are the freest countries in the world. Ireland ranks no 7, being held back by racism towards Travellers & Roma, as well as police corruption. The UK ranks ~33rd & USA is ~57th. Finland is the most free. The results are similar to the previous year. [1]
