Years ago, my Christian friend was struggling through a divorce, losing her home, and feeding 4 kids. I called her pastor — the one she gave tithes to every week. He said there was nothing he could do. I was polite, but I shamed the fuck out of him. He didn't budge.

The fearful argument has been not to criticize Democrats for anything because fascists are villains. But when SOME/ENOUGH Dems HELP the fascists, 8 of them just fucking did, it's time to drop the fear and demand better from our leaders. Stop being so cautious about optics and demand better.
