Working in an 11th grade class now of 34 students. Not having access to their smartphones is the best thing ever. Students are calm, but not tuned out. They're interacting with each other!!!
Since the ban of phones in school, I have not heard one student complaint. They are genuinely happier.

All the "serious journalists" who defended Haberman made me sick. It's just a clubhouse. They see no sense of public responsibility.
About the same time the NYT sat on a scoop tying Trump to Epstein, Maggie Haberman was downright giddy (y'all) about NYT promoting an anti-Hillary Clinton book.
