Heads up Nebraska: Governor Jim Pillen is trying to SNEAK in $7 million for school vouchers in the newest budget.

Nearly 60% of us voted against them in 2024.

But he wants to override your votes and funnel taxpayer money to families making up to $200k a year for private school tuition.
January 28, 2026 at 10:29 PM
In 2024, Nebraska voters REJECTED school vouchers by nearly 60%.
Yet Ricketts voted for the bill that created the first ever federal voucher scheme.
Jim Pillen is now trying to SNEAK IN $7 million for school vouchers in the newest budget.

On Election Day in 2024, Nebraska voters sent a message. Nearly 60% of voters rejected school vouchers. Voters in 82 of our 93 counties – red counties and blue counties alike – agreed that we SHOULDN’T divert taxpayer money to private schools with zero accountability.

(1/2) I need to be very clear that I support the mission of law enforcement to protect and serve the communities where we live. I am angry about what we saw happen in Minneapolis yesterday.
January 25, 2026 at 7:05 PM
As a lifelong Independent, I don’t buy into the 2 party system

The story of our politics isn’t left vs. right anymore, this is big vs. little

I am running for U.S. Senate because working-class Nebraskans need a seat at the table in Washington and billionaire Pete Ricketts is standing in their way.

Any political candidate who points out that it’s -9° today in their state and that that’s also their opponents‘ favorability rating deserves a donation
🚨NEW POLL!🚨

We are TIED with Republican billionaire Pete Ricketts in the Nebraska Senate race!!!

Ricketts has already spent MILLIONS. We've spent next to nothing.

The people of Nebraska are sick and tired of Ricketts. They’re ready for working class representation in the U.S. Senate.

Tyson agreed to a $82.5M settlement for illegally inflating beef prices two weeks ago. In October, Tyson settled an $85 million lawsuit for price fixing in pork.

Tyson violates antitrust laws all the time and the Lexington plant closure is no exception.

About a month ago, Pete Ricketts said his team was looking into whether Tyson’s decision to close the Lexington plant is a violation of the Packers and Stockyards Act.

So what did you find out, Pete?
We are forcing Pete Ricketts to do his job.

Yesterday, Ricketts was asked about the Packers and Stockyards Act, and he said his “team is looking at any allegation of wrongdoing” by Tyson.

Today, the Tyson plant in Lexington officially closes.

This story is all-too-common in America. It's a story of monopoly power gutting small towns.

To the Tyson workers in Lexington,

You showed up. You did your job. You kept your end of the deal.
Tyson didn't.

I know that feeling. I worked for Kellogg's for 20 years. I gave them everything. And when I stood up for myself and my coworkers, they were ready to replace me without blinking.

Here I am fixing the brakes on my Campaign Manager’s RAM hoping to get your attention on an issue I care a lot about as a mechanic – Right To Repair.

Right to Repair is simple: if you own something, you should be able to fix it or take it to a technician you trust.

If you want to see the ROT at the core of the Wall Street profiteering war machine, let me introduce you to two people, Charles Myers and Paul Singer. 🧵

Charles Myers is chairman of Signum Global Advisors.

Our country should NOT be threatening to "take" Greenland. We have enough problems at home to fix. Our armed forces should be focused on our security, not used as pawns in a geopolitical stunt that wastes our money and upsets our allies.

We cannot allow the Big 4 Meatpackers to continue to decimate our towns. They deny workers the benefits they deserve when they are working, then discard them and destroy entire communities when it's convenient.
January 12, 2026 at 10:36 PM
For months, we’ve been saying Tyson is committing an antitrust violation with their closure of their Lexington plant. 3,000 workers are losing jobs in a town of 11,000. If you think our claim of an antitrust violation sounds overblown, know that Tyson settled a DIFFERENT antitrust suit LAST week
