I truly believe that Katie Miller is an actual idiot, like she's really this stupid, and that's what makes her so popular with the idiot right. She's one of them.
Katie Miller claims Stephen Miller's genes are making her sick:

"Why have I been more nauseous this pregnancy, had more eczema? It's because it's more of my husband's genetic makeup than mine in this baby."

For the record, I don't know enough about Talarico to say what I think of him. Seems fine. I'm more concerned with why he was sitting so weirdly in his seat during the Colbert interview.

If I were conspiracy-minded, I'd think that the White House figured out the way to hurt Jasmine Crockett's chances in the Senate primary in TX would be to make sure Talarico's Colbert interview became huge the day before early voting started because polls show Crockett beating Paxton in the general.

I keep thinking about stories about Trump voters who are like, "Whoa, whoa, you mean he's racist?" along with centrist Dems who are like, "Wait, every lefty saying this was all about racism was right?" and then we're all supposed to say, "Hey, it's ok, glad you know now" instead of "Yeah. Fuck you."

The number of times that lawyers for the Trump administration simply lie to courts is pretty astonishing. What's even more astonishing is that those lawyers aren't regularly sanctioned, disbarred, or jailed.

You mean back when you could get actual info when you searched and not AI splooging in your face?
JD Vance: "If you go back to 2020 and 2021, Google search was so biased in a left-wing direction that I think it actually changed America's political system"

This place isn’t zoned to be a prison. Can’t local government shut it down for violating the law?
“They’re trapped in this little confinement cell, a dark cell with no sunlight, with multiple people,” said Shaan Chatterjee, an attorney at New England Immigration Law. “They’re basically torturing people into signing off on their own deportation.”

I feel like they might need a refresher on what happened to Athens and Rome because they did not exactly “persist.”
So....the Fourth Reich?

It can't be said enough: God, they're all so fucking weird. And they really think that Kid Rock has cultural cache, like everyone is waiting to hear what the "Cadillac Pussy" guy has to say about shit because he's universally beloved. It's all just cringe content.
What if Lemon Party and Grindr did a cross-promotion.

So many people simply won’t survive another 3 years of the savage ideology on display here.
Kevin Roberts, President of The Heritage Foundation, claims that evidence suggests a correlation between undergoing Trans Medical Care and acts of violence.

He states Heritage's public policy solution is to ban it for all ages and they're willing to work towards this goal on an incremental basis.

I'll get back to the corruption in a minute, but...Chamberlain Harris may be the whitest name I've ever seen. It's like a Pynchon character come to life.
Chamberlain Harris, a 26-year-old White House aide and a longtime executive assistant for President Trump, is slated to be sworn into the 126-year-old commission that is set to review his White House ballroom plans.

Harris has no notable arts expertise.

This is good news, while at the same time, its taken so long to get here that $15 an hour long ago became an insufficient benchmark of affordability. Esp in places like Virginia.

Its a failure of the Democratic Party that they have did not push for more over the past decade.
Gov. Abigail Spanberger has announced she will sign legislation to raise Virginia's minimum wage to $15/hour.

The levels of incompetence, shamelessness, and malevolence are off the charts here.
How is it possible that Kristi Noem still has this job. Imagine if you’re a family member or a shipmate of this guardsman.

Courts exonerate. You gotta get charged, arrested, and put on trial. So let's do that since Dimbo here seems to think he's in the clear.
Trump: “I have nothing to hide. I've been exonerated. I have nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein…I've been totally exonerated.”

That's the fucking point. That's why the judicial warrant is in the Constitution and the administrative one isn't. I truly believe that most of these people are actually idiots. Evil idiots. But idiots nonetheless.
Emmer: "It's a false herring for these guys to suggest, 'Oh, we now we need a judicial warrant,' because they know that that's going to delay any enforcement of the actual administrative warrant."

When I was building sets for the film Belizaire the Cajun, on breaks, Robert Duvall, who had a cameo and was a creative consultant, would sit around with all of us in the crew and tell stories and joke and laugh, generous and warm. Adios. Tender Mercies, indeed.

Run on taking 99% of their wealth.
pretty stunning chart

This is an incredibly smart, accurate, and scathing description of where we are right now. Watch the whole thing.
Ossoff: "Among today's false prophets are the election deniers who indulge this president's obsession with overturning the 2020 election. Hear me when I say this -- they tell a lie so absurd, and therefore so debasing, that the act of telling it proves the teller's total and humiliating submission."

Honestly think if a candidate ran on "We're going to take 99% of the wealth of billionaires" they'd win easily.

You know, every turn in this story is just seems to confirm the conspiracy theory that a cabal of ultra-rich pedophiles protect each other and control the world. Like you think, "Oh, that can't possibly be true," and then you read shit like this.
Don Huffines and family changed the name and address of Jeffrey Epstein’s sprawling 10,000 acre ranch in New Mexico after using an LLC to purchase it anonymously.

The ranch has reportedly never been searched as part of any criminal investigation related to Epstein (www.krtv.com/us-news/crim...).

We’re like one or two steps away from dropping people into the ocean, Pinochet-style.
Also overnight, this Omni 767 landed in Cameroon. This is likely a third-country removal of non-Cameroonian migrants with withholding of removal orders to their countries of origin.

Cameroon has been in an armed civil conflict since 2017, with deadly clashes occurring as recently as last Monday.
