In a recent Twitter Space, Prisha Mosley appears to accuse her mother of commiting perjury during deposition for her detransitioner lawsuit.
The lawsuit is currently proceeding with counts of Fraud and Civil Conspiracy while she looks to revive Med Mal after the passage of HB805 in NC.

Less than a day after the ASPS released their position statement, Chloe Cole's legal team filed a Declaration from plastic surgeon John Perrotti citing it.
Given John Perrotti is an expert witness in multiple #DeTransLaw cases, one has to wonder if he had a hand in crafting the position statment.

If you read the whole deposition, it's clear EVERYONE understands the consent form was misdated and it was actually signed PRIOR to surgery.

This is the sad part about Aldaco's case. She actually had a case for medical negligence against her surgical team for how they handled her aftercare, but instead her attorneys chose to sue everyone to make the case GAC itself was the malpractice.

Hearing on Motion for Summary Judgment took place yesterday in Luka Hein v. UNMC.
Next Status Hearing is set for 5/4/26 so hopefully we'll have a ruling on this Motion by then to see if this case proceeds to trial.
Since I had to drop $ for case access, here's an extra tidbit.

Ben seems unaware there's a 3rd #DeTransLaw case that alleged discrimination in violation of Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act.
That claim was not only Dismissed at the Trial Court, but the ruling was then affirmed at the Court of Appeals and is currently in front of a State Supreme Court.
