This statement from Breen on the dismissal is utterly shocking given that Campbell Miller Payne takes #DeTransLaw cases on contingency.

If your firm is taking financial risk why in hell would you take on a client who doesn’t intend to win their case?

It really makes you wonder who’s funding them.

During a Michigan House Oversight Subcommittee Hearing on Child Welfare, Prisha Mosely (A #DeTransLaw Plaintiff) claims she can't get Detransition related care in Michigan due to laws banning Conversion Therapy.

There's not a single US State that bans Conversion Therapy for consenting adults.

I have no idea what her legal team is telling her, but she seems in denial about the severity of the situation.

Clementine Breen's lawsuit has now been Dismissed against Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy and the remaining Defendants.

Trial Court found the 1st Amended Complaint still fails to overcome the statute of limitations.

Breen's legal team is expected to appeal this ruling as well.

This is one of a couple cases by parents claiming their child was secretly transitioned at school.

This case was initially Dismissed by the District Court and the ruling Affirmed by the 10th Circuit.

It's so funny to me that Josh Payne has resigned himself to bragging about procedural victories from cases he has no involvement in because the ones Campbell Miller Payne are handling keep getting BTFO'd from court. 😬

The right says the country needs to “turn down the temperature.” Then they call us slurs, suggest banning us from owning guns, and smear us after shootings. Is it any wonder trans women in places like Seattle are being hunted in the street?

They're already down to 2 active attorneys from an original team of 4, and still handling a couple active cases while determined to appeal others. From my understanding every single case has been taken on contingency.

IMHO, they're on borrowed time. I bet they close down late 2026 / early 2027.

If I had to guess it seems pretty pointless to attempt since all 3 Appeals Judges concurred on the ruling. It’s more likely they’ll just head back to the Trial Court and attempt a motion to try and get the case itself dismissed before it actually gets to trial.

Even before the case was put on hold for Appeal, Chloe's team begun to overplay their hand with Special Interrogatories, trying to make the case about GAC as a whole rather than Chloe's specific case. The Judge Denied it.

IMHO, this case is still destined for failure.

In fact, subsequent filings from Chloe's team in the aftermath of that ruling start to paint a picture of Chloe's family and her medical history that don't look good for her. Amongst them the revelation that Chloe only detransitioned after a bad LSD trip.

However as I explained in an article for @assignedmedia.org back when lower court intially ruled to deny arbitration; this is a procedural win that has absolutely zero bearings on the merits of the case. It's one of many hurdles before reaching a jury trial.

On Friday the Appeals Court ruled Affirming the lower courts ruling to Deny Kaiser's Motion to Compel Arbitration in the Chloe Cole Lawsuit.

As expected the usual suspects celebrated claiming this is finally the win that will bring down the entire Gender Medicine Industry.
