Here's my favourite way of visualising this 👇

(🔵R) The 15 min catchment of your station by bike.

Hundreds, thousands more potential passengers to sustain the railway. All within grasp, by providing bike parking and the routes to get there. 🚲🚆

Sure sounds like current board members are actively trying to sabotage the hard-fought #RevenuesAndReform of SB2111 through an amendatory veto.

We're not done yet: call @govpritzker.illinois.gov's office and tell him to sign SB2111 **as-is**!

The people who love/must drive should be the biggest advocates of non-motorized modes.

The more cars are taken off the road, the faster they will go. It’s not magic, just common sense.

On todays IDOT meeting I asked about Bus Lanes on IDOT controlled roads. The response I got was "might be difficult"...not ideal

Let's ensure Grand gets the protected bike lane it deserves. The extension of the protected bike lane will keep people more safe. When we are all safe, everybody wins.

Some Business Owners Want 'Compromise' Version Of Grand Avenue Bike Lane Project
One group wants to see protected bike lanes on the corridor scrapped in favor of bus lanes with bike access. But bike safety advocates and the city want to stick to the original plan.

One thing I have marveled at is the way that crowds have been disciplined in capturing immigration enforcement’s lack of discipline.
Chaos erupted in Little Village.

Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

First go to the hamburger menu in the upper left corner

Populist Dems won. Moderate Dems won. We won in blue states. We won in purple states.

Maybe the take is that (a) people think Trump is out of control; and (b) people like Dems when we're taking a stand and fighting for what we believe in - as we have been for the last month.

🚨BIG changes happening -- ICE leadership is being purged tonight. The old guard, which prioritized targeted enforcement operations aimed at people with criminal records, is being replaced with Border Patrol and Gregory Bovino's "Midway Blitz" style.

Think things are bad now? It'll get worse.
