Yes. And this also applies to teaching children so that they understand, process & engage with it - very different skill set than being an expert in a content area.

People think that anyone can do the job of communicating to the public but the fact is the profession of telling people stuff and doing it a way they understand, process, and engage with is actually an incredibly highly skilled job that many, many people lack the training and ability to do.

Riffing on this a bit, the biggest most fundamental failing of the Democrat establishment is that they agree with Republicans on the narrative framing of issues. They agree that illegal immigration is destroying the country, that trans women are men, etc. They just think we should be nicer.
