Even the murderer, the guy who ordered the journalist to be executed and dismembered with a bone saw, looks a bit embarassed for our American president.

#Chile's center-right has always glorified pinochetism, but respected electoral constraints and some red lines. Its revisionism grew more brazen once victories came, however. But it was still wiped out in Sunday's election. The far-right pinochetists swallowed it whole. Copy your antagonist and die.

Indeed... that was the main takeaway of teaching "Far-Right Politics" in Fall 2025.

She didn’t help upend his career. He did it because he is a child rapist. This framing by the NYT is just ugly and not a mistake. Bet some higher up at this garbage newspaper is on the list.
