Dramatist, author, apostate newspaperman specializing in artisanal contempt and discerning maledicta. The claim that I am the angriest man in television is faint praise indeed; the second angriest is yelling at an agent because residual checks are late.
Could not agree with the FBI more on this.
But as a journalist I covered questionable shootings in which FBI agents shot citizens and as bureau policy withheld their names -- including one who had two separate bad shootings and was quietly shipped from Baltimore to another field office.
Have a question regarding snatching up people.
Where is the line for self-defense if one is accosted by another or others claiming to be law enforcement with no visible official identification?

Nothing inexplicable, mook. You overtopped a post of mine that called for a change in Democratic leadership in the senate with your own appeal for support and I replied to that. This engagement was your own choice. Presenting otherwise later in the thread is kind of assholic.

This is a civil war.

Lincoln had McClellan, Hooker and Pope.
He junked them for Grant, Sherman and Sheridan

We have Schumer, Durbin and Cortez Masto in our leadership.

Act Blue, lose my fucking number until we're clean of generals who can't fight or discipline the troops. No cash for this shit.

As of this morning, it is imperative that the Democratic caucus in the senate remove Schumer as Minority Leader, Durbin as minority whip and Cortez Masto as Vice Chair of Outreach.

Replace them today with Van Hollen, Murphy and Merkley. Or anyone else who actually knows how to lead and discipline.

Dead on.
American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

I don't care how Schumer himself votes. The bottom line is that as Senate Majority Leader, Lyndon Johnson would have last night had on his desk eight sealed mason jars with the severed hands of every senator who even thought about raising them to vote yes. As a majority leader should.

When Bovino and his gangsters produce a single spent slug or shell casing recovered at the alleged scene with third-party witnesses to said recovery, I'll withhold an initial judgment that this is utter fabricated horseshit.
Ogden and 26th Street at 11:30 a.m. today. Federal authorities claimed someone shot at their agents in Little Village this morning. They spent the next several hours circling the neighborhood, deploying chemical crowd controls and arresting people.

We are governed by the most fecal human beings ever to stalk the American landscape.

Eyes on the prize, counselor. There was in fact a legal paradigm in play that matters. And that is why Pritzker has to have local law enforcement between demonstrators and federal facilities. The long game it is.

Funny cartoon. But this is precisely what the United States Supreme Court has presently decided is sufficient reasonable suspicion to legally stop and detain human beings.

That court is now fetid trash. So is our republic as a result.

Got it. Nancy Pelosi is retiring from government because she is being forced out by angry, emerging leftists in the Democratic party. Not because she is 85 fucking years old.

This fucking guy.

Know why all the multimillionaires and billionaires will not flee New York after the election of a socialist mayor? It's subtle, but do note they have millions of fucking dollars. And it's the greatest city if you have the cash for it. Or even if not.

Get the fuck gone with these empty threats.

Something like those caravans of refugees that would begin deep in Central America and then crawl along for weeks toward our southern border as Fox News spits out fearful jeremiads. Except this will be a stream of BMWs and Benzes on car carriers on I-95 to Florida. And who gives a listless fuck.

I expect lawyering and oratory of a kind that will put Darrow's summation in the Loeb-Leopold trial to shame. As Darrow saved his cliehts from execution, I expect the jury in this case to rise as one and hurl stray pieces of their lunch at the DOJ attorneys.
“This case, ladies and gentleman of the jury, is about a sandwich.”

Closing arguments from the defense in the DC sandwich guy case are now underway.

I am reminded of Michael O'Donoghue's classic National Lampoon essay on the Churchillian Wit:
“If you were my husband, Winston, I’d poison your coffee,” offered Lady Astor.
“And if you were my wife, I’d beat the shit out of you,” came Churchill’s unhesitating retort.
And so forth and so on...
Winston who?
Some moments call for statesmanship. And sometimes you just need a guy from Chicago, Illinois.

There's still time. All that needs to happen to keep the communist insurgent out of power is for Cuomo to call Mike Pence and tell him he doesn't want to yet again go down as a wimp. And if Pence punks out again, hell, there's a bunch of freshly pardoned warriors ready to storm Gracie Mansion.

Don't fret about it. Once that big new ballroom gets finished, the American people are going to happy as hell.

A nerve wasn't hit, you dumb mook. A functioning brain that has a few clues about just how little ACAB and Defund rhetoric has accomplished in years -- and how it utterly alienated the American political center from supporting any actual reform -- responded in full. You guys will never fix shit.
November 6, 2025 at 3:28 AM
ACAB and Defund The Police -- the two most destructive messaging efforts from sloganeers who don't actually want to fix a fucking thing and will, at every opportunity, alienate the entire electorate from actual police reform for the sheer pleasure of their own self-regarding purities.

Eat a dick.
Okay but ACAB includes David Simon.
Hard, fast rule from a veteran police reporter: Excepting anyone engaged in infiltrating a criminal conspiracy in an undercover capacity, any law officer who hides his identity from the public is a shitheel is doing vile shit and is, in fact, actively destroying the credibility of law enforcement.

Every day, as a Jew, I am going to call the ADL's tip line to report Mamdani anti-Semitism with at least three seismically moronic insights. I will begin with an accusation that the new mayor prefers strawberry and blueberry bagels to savory, and sometimes schmears butter.

Fuck Jonathan Greenblatt.

Mook, you've stumbled onto a thread in which we aren't predicting the future but instead arguing over the definition and legacy of a politician who has been dead 80 fucking years. History has played itself in full.

Hug your mom. Touch your nuts.
Hey everybody. Can we let history play out a little bit (say 6-12 months) before we bicker about defining it preemptively, pls?

Go back to your crossword puzzles & holiday preparations. Hug a friend. Touch some grass.
