After reviewing all the evidence submitted to the Court and listening to the testimony elicited at the preliminary injunction hearing, during depositions, and in other court proceedings, the Court finds Defendants’ evidence simply not credible. It was always obvious that DHS/ICE has been lying about pretty everything but it's still pretty striking to see how casually and frequently they did so
On October 28, DHS's social media account claimed that on October 23, "rioters" had "shot at agents with commercial artillery shell fireworks," thus forcing agents to deploy tear gas and riot munitions.
Judge Ellis reviewed the video. This was completely false. The explosions were DHS's flashbangs!

There were literally congressional hearings where whistleblowers in the insurance industry cried while discussing being forced by superiors to repeatedly illegally deny payment for lifesaving care in the run up to the passage of the ACA. That’s what republicans want us to return to.
