1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
Study In The Journal Of Pediatrics Finds Trans Youth Care Lowers Suicidality, Few Detransition
The groundbreaking study found that suicidality dropped for transgender youth receiving hormone therapy by nearly 70%, with only 7 patients of 432 discontinuing treatment.

EXCLUSIVE: So far it's been unclear what proof Rockstar Games has to justify its firing of 34 union members, who it claims were leaking "confidential information in a public forum".

Labour's anti-asylum policies are already fundamentally inhumane and discriminatory. Applying them retrospectively is pure cruelty though. It serves absolutely no purpose. Meanwhile it will increase the costs and bureaucracy of an already dysfunctional Home Office.

I can’t even begin to line out the torment and torrent of anguish and won’t - because it satisfies the desire for ever more cruelty but Dan is right, the only purpose served is cruel and degrading punishment - the definition of mass torture. That’s now government policy.

Streeting is admitting that the Pathways “trial” already has a predetermined outcome. Stuffing it with SEGM placeholders is evidence of this.

The only way we are going to end state-mandated torture of trans kids is to get Labour out of government completely.

Just to clarify: we don’t actually know whether Hilary Cass recommended a ban on puberty blockers. The Cass Review itself doesn’t say that. Instead, the DHSC sought “evidence” from three “experts”, including her, which was kept secret.

I think Wes Streeting revealed quite a lot in his tweet.

As we always (strongly) suspected, their so-called 'clinical trial' was never about creating a model of care that centers Trans+ people or gives them control over their own lives

It was always about generating the pre-determined evidence to justify banning Trans healthcare outright

Seeing how much of the right-wing on Twitter is just bot farms, kinda lays bare how much hate and hatred is a project that needs to be constantly maintained, a fire that needs to be fed all the time lest it go out for a moment, so much time, effort, and resources to keep people angry and hateful.

This guidance in the U.K. will affect anyone who looks vaguely gender non-conforming.

And it will single out trans people in any situation. From the article: "if a trans man, who is biologically female but is 'perceived' as a man, attempted to use a women’s changing room ... they can be barred."
Trans people could be banned from single-sex spaces based on how they look

Suicide is a word we invented to shift the blame for murder onto the victim. Miles was another trans person murdered. Another youth lost to a campaign of genocide.

This is what transphobes want. They don't want to protect children. They want us all erradicated, even the children.
A trans teen in Iowa completed suicide after severe bullying by classmates and teachers.

"Miles’ death came a day after a substitute teacher refused to use his preferred pronouns."

It's the type of bullying @thefireorg.bsky.social and @aricohn.com support.
