Personal account. Unions are good. Climate change is bad but we can fix it.
Do not give a goddamn nickel to this campaign unless you’ve already given every other cent you own to local state and local races in your area

COYOTE’s service journalism will always be free to read, including today’s guide to helping someone who might be overdosing.
Anyone can reverse an overdose, and we should all know how. Naloxone is a social intervention; while our public health systems are woefully inadequate, and the war on drugs continues unchecked, we can empower ourselves and one another to step up.

I’ve said it before but the launch of Defector felt like a tide was turning in 2020. It was a harbinger that things were gonna be ok.

5 years on I think that it’s continuing success and the launch of other worker owned outlets shows that things are gonna be ok, even if they really aren’t right now

I love the Dropkick Murphys because "Irish-American" + "gen X" + "punk rocker who's been at it for 30 years" should be the formula for the most racist guy alive but instead Ken Casey is constantly giving interviews where he's like "fascists are demons from hell and that's where they belong"

pretty pissed off nobody told me that when Angela Bassett goes to space on this season of 9-1-1, she goes with June Diane Raphael. that is critical information

Hi, it's me again

I have these calendars. They are so pretty. @megstampede.bsky.social made them. They have a bunch of animals on them, like crows and humpbacks and cuttlefish and salamanders.

Each month has facts about the animals AND actions you can take to help them

In fairness to The Discourse™️ I think the reason the Nuzzi story is so fascinating is because literally every single person involved in it is criminally insane

As proof of concept here instead of reading the bad thing I jammed out to They Might Be Giants while dealing the dog and it was wonderful. Highly recommend
Folks you do not have to read the Nuzzi thing.

In fact, you are all better off not doing it.

I promise you people outside of Bluesky are not reading it.

Go play a video game, read a novel, look at trees, anything but giving any part of your one lifetime to reading any single thing about her

sideburns being named after general burnsides sounds like one of those apocryphal folk legends except it's true. They're literally named after this guy

i’ve said this before and i remain convinced it’s true, the 2028 platform that would deliver obama 08 results is “i am gonna

The least believable part of this is that the picture would be a .png and not a .jpeg or whatever the native iPhone format is (HEIC?)

Great piece by @adashtra.bsky.social . I was pulled into MTG circa 2020 mainly because of its original, wildly varied and multifaceted background. Its UB sets have been extremely hit-or-miss, entirely on whether I was a fan of the property featured or not.

Talking to people way smarter than me about the things I enjoy is, no bullshit, the best part of my job. So thanks to the folks who talked to me about why Magic’s starting to look like a Fortnite lobby and what this means for the long term health of the game
