#Ottawa: OC cantilever arm broke at the tunnel portal, can only be fixed during engineering hours, regular service running Tunneys-Parliament and Hurdman-Blair, shuttle train running between Parliament-Hurdman on the westbound track only.

Little Dougie's feelings are so hurt that he hasn't been in present in days. I think he's getting nervous. He hates exposure on the scandals (Digital Learning Services, EQAO, Ontario Place, Science Centre, Greenbelt) and is shutting it down. He's pathetic.
