Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation is suing the Alberta, The Chief Electoral Officer & Canada for failing to implement Treaty 8 & breaching it!

They are also seeking an injunction to halt the petition!

With Northback ramping up their PR campaign for their "new" grassy mountain mine proposal (still an open pit mine), Smith was asked if she supported it today.

Again she played the "well, it's an advanced project so what can you do?"

The UCP declared it an advanced project.
