This #RemembranceDay, we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice and thank the brave Canadians who continue to serve today.

May we always honour their courage through our actions and compassion.

Ontario’s Conservatives have billions sitting in contingency funds, $500M for a parking lot, and billions for a tunnel - but refuse to fund hospitals properly.

Today, Ontario Liberals called for an immediate $1B investment in hospitals to keep ERs open & care accessible. #onpoli

I toured Pinecrest Queensway’s South Nepean and Main Primary Care Clinics today - and left inspired.

They’re breaking down barriers to care, supporting families, and building a healthier, more equitable #Nepean.

Proud to stand with a team that puts community first. #onpoli

This week, Sikhs here in Nepean and around the world celebrated Gurpurab, marking the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Thank you to the Ottawa Sikh Society Gurdwara Sahib for the warm welcome, delicious langar and inviting us to join in this special celebration.

I stood alongside my fellow nurses this week at the @ontarionurses.bsky.social vigil - remembering those we’ve lost to workplace, domestic, and gender-based violence.

We owe it to them to make real change, to protect every nurse, and to end this violence once and for all. #onpoli

Checked in with neighbours across Trend-Arlington in #Nepean today - listening to their ideas, concerns, and hopes for our community.

I’m so grateful to the volunteers who joined me. Conversations like these remind me how strong and connected Nepean truly is. ❤️ #onpoli

I asked Premier Ford why public colleges and universities are being left behind while private colleges with political connections get millions from the Skills Development Fund.

His Minister ignored my question & stuck to his talking points. Ontarios deserve real answers. #onpoli

Ontario’s Conservatives spent $2.5 billion on the so-called Skills Development Fund - without tracking what jobs it created, while the Labour Minister’s friends and donors cashed in.

It’s time for a forensic audit. Ontarians deserve answers. #onpoli

I asked Ontario’s Health Minister a simple question about nurse retention - and she couldn’t answer.

She only talked about recruitment.

Even after I reminded her, twice, that my question was about retention, she ignored it.

While our public post-secondary system is crumbling, Ontario's Conservatives are doling out millions to private colleges.

I support the Skills Development program and purpose - but not the way the Minister of Labour is using it to enrich insiders. #onpoli

Today I asked why his Minister was partying with lobbyists whose clients got millions from Ontario’s $2.5B Skills Development Fund.

The speed cameras & alcohol on/off shelves are a tactic Premier Ford is using to distract from the fact his government is handing out hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to insiders and friends through the “Skills Development” Fund. #onpoli

Ontario’s colleges are cutting 600 programs and laying off thousands after years of underfunding.

Meanwhile, Doug Ford’s giving hundreds of millions from his “Skills Fund” to friends, donors & lobbyists - including $6.5M to train bar staff.

Cuts for students. Cash for insiders. #onpoli

This just keeps getting worse. The Ford government gave $2 million to a dental brokerage run by a PC donor connected to the minister’s family.

Lobbyists tied to Doug Ford & his nephew helped clients secure $100M from a fund meant to train workers and build Ontario - a fund the Auditor General slammed as unfair & unaccountable.
