It's hard to be polite about this drivel. Herzog carries water for Netanyahu, constantly. He has embraced settlements in the West Bank. He has no real independent support among the Israeli public. Most opposition voters see him as an embarrassment or worse. There is NO value in meeting him.

The Antarctic changes might simply reflect natural polar variability but it added to a system already greatly warmed by man-made and natural causes.
