Did you ever read the judgment in the Reginald D Hunter case? A great example of this. People behaving outrageously and used to getting away with it. But the judge just sets out some very obvious facts about what they're up to and the case falls to bits.

I remember during the "Labour antisemitism crisis" there was an actual proper survey showing Labour supporters were less antisemitic than average (though perhaps more critical of Israel, boo hiss) and it was largely ignored. I wonder what such a survey would say today (or if anyone cares).
