Kinda weird that when I was a kid this sort of thing used to be a far-fetched Bond villain plot, or something Lex Luthor would say and now somehow it's real actual life?
Once again this proves he can damn well afford to pay authors and other creatives to license their copyright material, as well as punitive compensation for work which Meta has already stolen.

So... Apparently Disney is sponsoring the #NFF, providing merch, jerseys, and equipment. So the one defending it said
"Well we can't exactly go to the old fairy tales for presentation, can we"
Maybe not but we have loads of amazing stories right now, why not go for them?!
