If we go back to the norm of taking 15 years and $8 billion dollars to build *one* medium-sized TOD in *one* community, we'll never solve the affordability + climate crisis and we'll be back to a fascist yelling "climate refugees are taking your houses and jobs" within 6-to-8 years.
Idk if we’ll win but I feel certain they’re going to lose. if that makes sense.
