Just found out one of my fav movies has an abysmal rotten tomato score of 9%. I know it doesn’t have a great reputation but I didn’t think ppl hated it THAT much!

I’d be happier if I could live in ignorance of everything and not have to contend with the reality of living in a world run by monsters but that doesn’t stop it from being true.
At least I have loved ones and community plus the imaginary stories in my head, it all keeps me going 🙏

One of the upsides of using unity instead of a niche engine like AGS or rpgmaker is that I can do fancy stuff like shaders and post processing.
The downside is I actually have to learn how to make shaders 💀 there’s a graph mode so I don’t even have to write code but it’s still so alien

There’s a house in our neighborhood with the best Halloween set up I’ve ever seen. It’s a whole skeleton carnival, there’s even a giant skeleton marionette-ing 2 smaller skeletons and most of them have rainbow clown Afros. I’d share pics but I don’t want to dox myself.

Even if I didn’t have bad social anxiety preventing me from streaming while I work, I don’t want to spill the beans and ruin any surprises I have planned 😩 ah well

So the bug was a numbers thing: Esther’s supposed to follow Dan around but the distance limit was too close that she wanted to literally be on top of his model. Since both of the sprites have collision, Esther just kept bouncing him away and so on…
