This article makes a strong case the Univ of Alberta is illegally failing to meet EDI targets.

Could it be why their failing President is trying to eliminate them?

It is time for students and staff to sue the University. I won when I sued the federal govt, and I believe this is winnable too.

You are mostly wrong. The economic impact of short-term change in oil exports is *by definition* short, but the political impact in wrecking Republican control of Congress is longer.
