I agree with some of this, but that Trump is still at 40% is shocking; they may have laughed at him in Davos but they also catered the event to him; the Board of Peace is swelling with signatories (now in the dozens); and nothing has changed as to his critics or Melania.

I still see darkness ahead.
Trump’s polls are in the toilet, he was a laughingstock at Davos, forced to surrender on Greenland, nobody wanted to join his Bored of Peace club, late-night comics are picking on him, Gavin is stalking him, Melania sleeps in a separate house, & nobody will give him real prizes.

Vote centers have made it easier to vote. Cleta Mitchell is coming for them
The battle over vote centers is currently playing out in Arizona, where Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) last year vetoed a GOP bill to abolish the use of them.

This is where @daniellaurison.bsky.social’s book “Producing Politics” is useful, as a sociological study of election campaigns staff and how they create entire worlds of domain knowledge that are unfalsifiable.
You've probably wondered, "is there some recipe book out there that is turning every elected Democratic into a bland, hollow nonentity?"

Yes. There is a recipe book. @msifry.bsky.social breaks it down.
