I am finding it really difficult to shake off the hormonal moping this month, and it's getting properly on my tits. I don't like a single thing about myself, and I am constantly on the verge of losing my shit (it's 50-50 on whether it'll be tears or tantrums). I'm so tired of this whole rigmarole
