N isn’t doing too well right now. She’s under a lot of stress with her Bachelor’s, and it's weighing on her. I know she has to work through this in her own way - and I know she will - but as her mum, for the first time I feel a bit at a loss as to how to support her emotionally through this.

A lovely #Roman glass bowl, in shades of green & yellow. It was made about 2000 years ago, probably in Italy, but ended up in a grave in the Rhineland; it is one of the largest glass bowls ever found north of the Alps (📷 Clemens Sels Museum Neuss) #AncientBlueSky

Been trying for three weeks to book an appointment at the German Embassy just to submit my passport application. “No appointments available. Please try again later.” And it’s another six weeks to receive the passport. I still have my ID for Schengen travel, but honestly - this is unacceptable. 🤬
