Glad Bayern presented us with some rotations, particularly between their FBs and CMs, as that’s something we haven’t seen yet this season and gives us something new to work on in training.

Curtis Jones’ interview nailed it. Liverpool are atrocious in 1v1 play. Don’t win tackles, don’t win headers, don’t beat defenders on the dribble, can’t stop dribblers. Pretty on the ball but weak as piss. Lovely stuff.

Obviously we go about it in a different way to some of our great teams of the past but that 2nd half performance was right up there with some of the best we’ve seen.
We do look better in CL though where teams are more inclined not to just park the bus like we encounter most weeks in the PL.

Last night’s CL results were a mixed bag for tonight’s starting XI.
Given how he is as a person, plus what happened to City, Arteta won’t make 10 changes.
Although results and remaining fixtures mean PSG are the only credible threat to overtake us. (City - Real, Liverpool - Inter play each other)
