Every time I use the foam roller on my shoulder I just wanna sit on it instead, but that's not helpful for my neck or my back
I was gonna use my Doxy wand on my aching shoulder until I remembered I have a vibrating foam roller. I'm pretty sure it's a pinched nerve though, so neither one will actually do anything, but I did make a mental note to move the foam roller to my nightstand.
