There's something wonderful and funny about having a fandom in law. Like, I don't go here, but my friend does, so now I know random shit about F1 teams or wrestlers or kpop groups

Then you see something about their brainworm and you bring it to them like a crow, like "I saw this and thought of you"

Every skeet tonight is either people posting about sports I can't watch (because Disney are a bunch of greedy assholes) or the aurora I can't see. Imma log off.

Datacenters don't need much full-time staff at all. The jobs projects like this bring are mostly just temporary construction gigs and the like.
Microsoft and Google say data centers will create thousands of jobs in Chile, but an analysis of permit filings by @restofworld.org shows only a small number of potential positions — and most are not skilled IT jobs, but those in security and cleaning. restofworld.org/2025/data-ce...

Pretty messed up that YTTV isn't just automatically issuing the credit. They're hoping most people won't notice and they'll get to just charge them regular price.
Heads up: YouTube TV is giving a $20 credit to subscribers over the Disney/ESPN mess, but you have to actually go into the settings to claim it.

Democrats were overwhelmingly united on their shutdown demands.

Americans understood that Trump and Republicans were to blame.

Voters made it known last Tuesday that they'll elect leaders who stand up to Trump.

Democrats held the cards — and folded for no reason.
