CBP and ICE have been the most lawless of US law enforcement for decades, which is why the administration is using them as their Gestapo/slave catchers
As a person who's done some quick-draw training: every video I've seen of an ICE agent drawing and aiming suggests they've drilled that motion many times. It's not actually an intuitive movement, you do have to practice it

The more I think about it, the more I’m convinced the Democrats have to push their hand immediately. The parallels with the delays and subsequent failures after January 6th are blaring warning signs about what will happen if they don’t go after the issues with ICE and CBP at the root RIGHT NOW.
