"Senator Chuck Grassley, a lifelong Iowan, has served on the Senate Judiciary Committee since 1981, when he was first sworn into the U.S. Senate." www.judiciary.senate.gov/about/chair

He questioned and voted on every single justice on the U.S. Supreme Court during their confirmation hearings.
Suddenly republicans have forgotten what the constitution says 🤷🏼 🇺🇸

My gosh. Alex Pretti was notifying neighbors that Trump and Vance's agents were chasing a family. A mob of agents then tackled him and broke his rib.

He thought he was going to die.

Then the very next week, he came back out to support his neighbors.

And a mob of agents killed him.

A few months ago I read a story about a whale that was tangled up in fishing gear and another whale tried to lift it up to the surface to breathe and then stayed with it as it died so it wouldn't be alone.

I still cry when thinking about it.

But hey, gotta keep taxes down for the wealthy somehow.

I don’t think we should make concessions to the Masked Murderers Guild of America. I don’t think we should compromise so the Masked Murderers Guild of America stops using kidnapped kids from schools as bait. I thought this was already illegal. The Masked Murderers Guild of America should not exist.

NYT says ICE shot him in the back:

An “agent aims his own firearm at Mr. Pretti’s back and appears to fire one shot at close range… A third agent unholsters a weapon. Both agents appear to fire additional shots into Mr. Pretti as he lies motionless… At least 10 shots appear to have been fired…”

Bovino, as required for a Trump Administration job, is a shameless liar. What’s scarier than that is perhaps 25 to 35% of the nation are totalitarian-souled bootlickers eager to believe him. How do you make a nation out of people like that?
BOVINO: He was in the scene actively impeding and assaulting law enforceme--

BASH: But he wasn't impeding. He was filming, which is a legal thing to do in the United States

BOVINO: Dana, let's not free frame adjudicate this now

The Pretti shooting was the first thing I saw when I looked at my phone after waking up this morning. I was not prepared. These fucking ghouls must be stopped.
NEW: Another declaration you have to read! Alex Pretti was shot near the apartment of a doctor, who saw the shooting occur and rushed to provide emergency aid as he lay dying on the street.

They describe what they saw: "The victim had at least three bullet holes in his back."

Imagine going to this screening on a night like this one. The blood of an American civilian runs on a Minneapolis street. These people have no shame.
On tonight’s White House agenda:

Trump and guests will get a private screening of MELANIA, the documentary about the First Lady, @thr.com reports.

Attendees include Apple CEO Tim Cook, Amazon CEO Andy Jassy, Mike Tyson, per the article.
