This is such bullshit just on the strength of Nitasha’s reporting alone, but I am one of the lucky few who’s been able to call her a colleague and friend. She is a not only a joy to work with and a mensch but someone who makes your own work immeasurably better just by being near her. So so stupid.
My story on Elon Musk cutting safeguards at xAI is on the front page of today's @washingtonpost.com. I’m also among 100’s of reporters laid off. I absolutely loved my job my brilliant coworkers & the thrill of reporting @ the center of forces upending the world: AI & Silicon Valley’s political power

This is how Sen. Ron Wyden clues the public into activity that he finds extremely alarming. He does a press release about a letter he sent to the director of the CIA that basically says, 'I want to make sure you saw the classified letter I sent early today.' www.wyden.senate.gov/imo/media/do...

Apple employees are not happy about the largely generic letter Cook sent after I published this, which doesn't name ICE, CBP, DHS, Pretti, Good, or anything else specific to the current situation.
Apple employees are speaking out internally about Tim Cook's cozy relationship with the White House.

The person who publishes the Free Press — where the words “Minneapolis” and “Minnesota” never appear tonight — also runs CBS News.
