Speaking of the day- it’s my birthday. 😁 As per tradition, I would be honored if you, dear viewer, shared my #art and helped me find new friends here on BSky!

Ah, so. Ankylosing spondylitis flares during a woman’s cycle are A Thing. Delightful to know I have more of this to look forward to. 😣

What is your favorite Disney movie? (This is actually an unfair and difficult question btw.)

We were very young, long distance, pretty poor, and both from small (and extremely small) towns- so we went to Olive Garden because it was in both places and at the time we considered it Fancy. 😊
This is an unapologetically sappy feel-good subject (at least, I guess, for people in a happy relationship”). So, to prepare for Valentine’s Day, what did you and your partner do for a first date?

My wife and I went to tea at Huntington Gardens and walked around.
On our first date, my spouse and I spent like an hour talking about footnotes.

I’m still very close with someone from 6th grade Girl Scouts, and also friends with (and married to one of) 3 people I’ve known since high school.
watching John Green talk about his buddy from high school who is still his friend and I’m curious, is that common for people on here?

Between my neighbors and us, somebody is going to take this beautiful ragdoll the owner in the culdesac over swears is an outdoor cat without a collar inside and declare coyotes and bobcats did it. 😡 Before they actually do.

So uh- if you’re glasses shopping, you might wanna steer far away from the bulky black plastic look. If you like your nose and orbital sockets.
Facebook plans to put facial recognition in its glasses and they think we’re too stupid to fight back.

Their internal memo: “We will launch during a dynamic political environment where many civil society groups that we would expect to attack us would have their resources focused on other concerns.”

It was believed in medieval times that hedgehogs had spikes so they could roll over fruit to carry home to their children, which is not true but is a really cute idea

So today is 4 ibuprofen, 2 extra strength Tylenol, arnica cream, and I still almost started crying and didn’t fall asleep until 4 am.

Just stupidly glad I have a rheumatology appt in a week and a half.

Feeling things have escalated. ☹️

Found an additional graphic that gets even more of these quotes together.

I've kept "I hate myself, I hate clover, and I hate bees" pinned above my desk since I first started studying evolutionary biology as an undergraduate. So relatable to get extremely frustrated with your study system.
