They don't care about a body count along the way to making an ideological point. But more than that, there is a wing of the movement that is decidedly "cull the herd," that thinks taking HGH and god knows what else will save them.
Cutting off cancer-treatment trials in the first week after Inauguration Day doesn't really seem like it says "The federal government is bad for you" so much as it says "We, the Trump administration, are here to make things bad for you"
No idea whether the propaganda machinery is going to successfully push all of this over regardless, but immediately demolishing everything the federal government does for everyone doesn't seem like the most obvious way to sell the story that your administration is here to make things better

I will say two more things about the unconstitutional birthright citizenship order.

So many Gazans just had jobs like so many of us- working on creating things on a computer. Just regular old jobs. And now they are struggling to find anything to eat. There’s no nearly as much distance between you and them as you may think.
I am sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Shorouq. Shorouq was a graphic designer and has lost all of her equipment for doing that job due to bombings. She is hoping to raise enough money to evacuate her family of eight hopefully to Turkey and also rebuild her career.
