One of the most insane posts I've ever seen
When I was 37 I was dating a woman who was 19. The thing that inspired me to break things off was hearing Pearl Jam's "Alive" on the radio - a song released 9 years before her birth she had never heard . In that moment I realized things would never work.

'Matt Gaetz Raped A Homeless Teenager' is what you mean.

A teenager with a homeless parent? What? The fuck? Did she have a home and not allow her parent to live in it? Ended up having sex with? What? Yeah clearly you guys been caping for pedos long enough and you understand the assignment here
A teenager in Florida with a homeless parent wanted money for braces and ended up having sex for money with powerful men, setting off a chain of events that would have a dramatic impact on her life and help upend the political career of Representative Matt Gaetz. nyti.ms/49PSkL9

This morning I met someone on zoom for the first time… We used to work together. For 16 years, every month, never a phone or video call, email only. It was a central relationship in my life

I think it's the "saving up for braces" part of this story that adds a whole new level of ick. Like... that's a kid, man
The 17 year old who had sex for money with Trump’s first nominee for Attorney General was in and out of a homeless shelter, working at McDonalds. and trying to save up for braces. (Gift link).

This may be the first photograph of the mysterious Okka. In Japan it is known as a yōkai, with only a few old scrolls alluding to it.
The reason for its elusiveness is the deadly poison it sprays around it. Those who have been close enough to see it, such as this photographer, have quickly perished.

it's not that they don't believe that he's a rapist and child sexual abuser. in their heart of hearts, they accept this as a near-certainty. it's that they think these things are fine if the right person does them, and they don't care. you learn this lesson the hard way, as a victim of abuse.

Once the Epstein files are released, DO NOT let the people who enabled MAGA claim that they were tricked. These people knew what was going on with the GOP for years because we have been telling them, they just didn't care.

"As Silicon Valley CEOs anxiously figure how much computing it will take to propel artificial intelligence forward, the real question we should be asking is how much more artificial intelligence the planet can take."
"In an internal memo from September, CEO Sam Altman said that OpenAI’s “audacious long-term goal is to build 250 gigawatts of capacity by 2033.” If Altman achieves this goal, OpenAI will need almost exactly as much electricity as India’s 1.5 billion people"

In general it's useful to think about what the GOP would have done today if the shoe was on the other foot.
